My husband and myself were robbed at gunpoint in front of our 3 year son on the 4th of this month for everything we had. Being that my husband is a Disabled Iraq war veteran the VA hospital Loma Linda here in california helped us out generously by donating Christmas Presents for my son and helping pay the bills that we couldnt pay because of what happened, and on top of that gave us gift cards for food and neccessites. My family is overwelmed with greatfulness and we can't beleive how much they helped us.
A Thank you card just isn't enough to thank the wonderful staff and volunteers at the hospital who gave us a wonderful Holiday. I have some ideas but if anybody have any other ideas that they would like to share that would be great.

Well it can only be a one or two time deal. I couldnt volunteer time there regularlly considering the hospital is over 80 miles away from my home. Moneywise we cant afford to spend alot since we live on a tight budget right now but spending money isn't totally out of the question. I am willing to spend money if I have it.
