On average, how early do stores close in Chinatown?

Just moved to the border and would walk over there for a look, but its really cold out and I'm in a 6 floor walkup and feeling lazy today haha. So its almost 9:30 pm, would most things be closed? Just looking for weird cheap gadgets/stocking stuffers.
